Most charge by the hour, which is a hiring style that lends itself quite nicely to weddings since the typical wedding day is often segmented into 2 and 3 hour-long sections. The cost of hiring a duo or trio performance starts from $550-$650 an hour, which is a great option when you consider that a piano player alone could cost you anywhere between $500 and $770 an hour!
