What's the difference between your ensemble sizes?

The size of a string ensemble significantly influences its sound! A duo provides a simple, elegant sound. Trios expand upon this, adding depth and harmonic diversity. Quartets achieve greater balance and intricacy, in addition to a much louder sound. Larger ensembles such as quintets provide rich, versatile, and resonant sounds that can fill very large spaces. What do you mean by ‘customizable’ set lists?

We like to give our clients the opportunity to choose which songs they'd like us to play for their event!

At the time of booking, you will have the option to send us a list of the songs you'd like us to play from our available library (our Song List). Custom songs are also available upon request!

Can I request music that isn't on your Song List?

Absolutely! We're committed to helping you create an experience that you'll truly enjoy. With every booking, you may request unlimited custom song choices. Just keep in mind that there's an additional $35 fee for this service, which covers the cost of sheet music and our extra rehearsal time.

Does your group offer any discounts or incentives?

Yes! Artiva offers a military discount of $50 on either the string quartet or string trio package to active military personnel and their immediate family members. You may also receive a discount if your
event is for a charity, nonprofit, or tax-exempt organization. Please contact us for additional details!

Will I need to provide anything for the performance?

All we require to set up are 4 chairs! If your event will be held outside, we may also ask for a canopy or tent to shade our instruments from the sun. Beyond that, we will bring our own gear, music, stands, and accessories so that you are free to sit back and enjoy the performance!
